The Friends of the Dwight Foster Public Library was founded in 1979 and now numbers over 150 members. The friends group provides volunteer help and substantial financial support to the Dwight Foster Public Library. The monthly board meeting takes place on the second Thursday of the month.

The Friends Winter Travelogue Series is back and will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2023!
