The Library Board may consider a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to State Stat. §19.85(1)(c)  (See: https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/19/v/85/1/c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
