May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We invite you to relax with this beginning yoga class enhanced by essential oils. The class will be taught by Ilse Fritz of Bluff Creek Yoga. It is suitable for adults with no yoga experience. If you have a yoga mat please plan to bring it. We will also have some mats available.
