Make Your Own Mini Buttons

Button-making supplies will be provided.  This program is open to youth of all ages.

Art Workshop: Visual Journals
Begins Monday, June 17
1-2:30 p.m.
Library Youth Area
Registration is required.  Join local artist Sally Koehler to make your own visual journal.  Select a used hardcover book for your base and create a variety of pages that reflect your goals, daily life, interests, and more!  You will have the opportunity to experiment with a wide range of materials and a variety of art-making techniques to express yourself.  New techniques and materials will be introduced at each session.  This workshop will meet for four sessions and students may attend one or all of the sessions.  Sessions will take place on June 17, June 24, July 1, and July 8.

Galaxy Slime
Thursday, June 27
2-3 p.m.
Library Youth Area
Make shimmery galaxy slime that you can take home.  This program is open to youth of all ages.

The Starburst Under the Moon Pie
Thursday, July 11
2-3 p.m.
Library Community Room
You have heard of the cow jumping over the moon, but have you heard of the Starburst under the Moon Pie?  Teens will be given a certain number of Starburst candies and need to create a way to support a Moon Pie without falling over.  The taller the creation, the better your chance of winning.  Put on your thinking cap and your sweet tooth.  This program is only open to students in 6th through 12th grade.

Squishies

Make and decorate your own squishy.  Supplies will be provided.  This program is only open to students in 6th through 12th grade.
