Start 2021 off with the right mindset and sign up for the Mindfulness Challenge from your local library. Six libraries in Jefferson County will offer the Mindfulness Challenge from January 1 through February 28. The online challenge consists of breathing exercises, easy meditation activities, book lists, articles, app and podcast recommendations, and more. Participate at your own pace anytime throughout January and February and earn digital badges as you learn about mindfulness and try simple mindfulness exercises. The Mindfulness Challenge is open to all ages—from kids to adults—and you don’t need a library card to participate.
In this challenge, you will earn badges as you learn about mindfulness and try simple mindfulness exercises. Each week that you participate, you will be entered in a weekly prize drawing. If you complete all ten badges, you will be entered in the grand prize drawing.
