Memory Cafe

A Memory Cafe is a social gathering for those who are experiencing early stage dementia, mild memory loss or mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and a family member or care partner. A Memory Cafe is a place to have fun, share experience, and stay socially connected. Please note this is not a support group. Call 800.272.3900 to register.

The Glacial River Library Memory Project is a cooperative effort between the Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Palmyra and Whitewater libraries. Together we sponsor rotating monthly Memory Cafes and various education programs for those that are concerned about memory loss. The Glacial River Memory Cafe meets on the 2nd Monday of the month from 10:30 am to 12 pm on a rotating basis between the following libraries:
