Library Board Special Meeting

Members present: Paul Babcock, Ann Engelman, Rita Gray, James Fitzpatrick, Mark Haubenschild, Sally Koehler, Helen Rose, Steve Tesmer and Janet Negus. Also present: John Wilmet, City Manager; Connie Meyer, Library Director, and Jill Ottow, Library Building Committee Chair
Helen Rose called the meeting to order at 1:00pm in the Worcester Room of the Dwight Foster Public Library.
Motion was made and roll was called to adjourn to closed session to interview and negotiate contract fees for design/architectural services for library expansion (pursuant to Wis, State Statutes chapter 19.85(l) (e))(Fitzpatrick/Babcock)
Meeting was adjourned at 5:00pm.(Babcock/Tesmer)
